The late, great Elie Wiesel once said, “Whoever survives a test, whatever it may be, must tell the story. That is his duty.”  A servant leader, visionary, author and now ghostwriter, Angie Ransome-Jones has made this her mantra in terms of how she lives and how she inspires others.  Angie is best known for her bestselling book, “Path to Peace, A Guide to Managing Life After Losing a Loved One,” which she published in 2015. The book chronicles her journey of finding peace after the sudden and devastating loss of her father and also serves as and a tool in educating readers on the importance of preparing their families for “the inevitable.”

Angie now assists aspiring authors with telling their stories through her ghostwriting services. She has ghostwritten and consulted on a total of 12 books, to date, and has  appeared on Good Morning Texas (WFAA Channel 8; Dallas, TX), Local Memphis Live (WATN Channel 24; Memphis TN) and has been a Featured Author at the National Book Club Conference-NBCC (Atlanta, GA), F.R.E.S.H. Book Festival (Daytona Beach, FL) and Literary Evolution (Atlanta, GA). Angie has also been featured on the March 2018 cover of Southern Dallas County Magazine and is the recipient of the 2019 Equanimity Magazine Outstanding Mentor Award.

When she is not writing or appearing and speaking at book events, Angie works as a full-time Vice President and Project Manager for a renowned bank. She holds a BA in Journalism from the University of North Texas (Denton, TX) and an MBA in Project Management from the University of Dallas (Irving, TX). Angie also serves on the Board of Directors for the University of North Texas (UNT) Alumni Association and serves as Vice President of the UNT Black Alumni Network (BAN), where she heads Student Engagement and is active on the President’s Diversity and Inclusion Council.
